What we collect
When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or the website form we receive the details you give us: your name, contact details, the address or postcode of the job, a description of the work and any photos.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, visit the site, prepare a quotation and carry out the work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your details. We use service providers to run the business, such as our email, messaging and accounting providers. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t go ahead are deleted after 12 months. Records for completed jobs are kept for as long as needed for tax and insurance purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

This website doesn’t set tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
